Can You Get Greek Yogurt at Disney Caribbean Beach Resort

I eat Greek Yogurt everyday for breakfast and was wondering can you get that on the ship. Other yogurts are yucky to me.

You can certainly bring your own and keep it in your mini-fridge.

Just a clarification, only the Dream class ships have a fridge in the room. The classics have a "cooling box".

The cooling boxes do not keep things as cold as a fridge. Now, that said, some of them are quite good and do keep things really cold (we had one that formed ice crystals in our drinks in there). Most of them just keep thing cooler than the ambient temperature (fine for drinks). On our last cruise the box didn't even do that. It was really nothing more than an insulated box (much like a cooler you use when camping). We had to keep bags of ice in there to keep the temperature down.

The last time we went on the Magic our cooling box was more like a kitchen cabinet. It wasn't much colder than room temperature.

When we cruised on the Dream last April, there was Greek yogurt at Cabanas (the buffet), however it wasn't flavored and was extremely tart.

Thanks I will be sailing the Fantasy in Sept. I was hopeful they would have it with out bringing it on board. I'm taking Disney transport from a resort so no car or grocery stop.
I can hope they do say they are having it at some of the resorts now so maybe I'll take a small cooler and buy some at the resort and carry it on the ship. We'll see it's been my breakfast of choice for the last few months and love it.

Pardon my ignorance, but I've seen lots of buzz recently about greek yogurt. What's up with that?

Greek yogurt is full of protein and better for you than regular yogurt. It's pretty thick like sour cream. It's just a personal preference.

To the poster about coolers I have taken a small 6 pack cooler on board every time I've cruised so I'll take my chances. No one has ever confiscated it or stopped me before. I usually have amaretto in there also.

The "no coolers" policy has been on the books for quite a while. DCL started enforcing it about last Oct. The only personal coolers allowed onboard now are for medical necessity (medications, dietary restrictions). And those need to be no larger than 12x1x12. Yes, they do confiscate them now. And you can pick it up again at the end of your cruise.
